Location Services
The Camargo Racquet Club app may request access to your device’s location. Location services are used solely to enhance your club experience by detecting when you are near Camargo Racquet Club and enabling convenient check-in, including prompting you to access your digital membership barcode or access credential. Location data is collected only after you grant permission through your device settings. Location information is processed on your device to provide these features. Camargo Racquet Club does not permanently store your location history, does not share your location with third parties, and does not use your location for advertising purposes. You may disable location access at any time through your device’s settings.

Fitness Classes and Event Participation
The app records participation in lessons, clinics, leagues, camps, tournaments, and other club events. This information is used to: Track attendance, manage class capacities, maintain participant records, improve member services, facilitate communication regarding programs and events

How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to: Manage your membership; Schedule courts, lessons, and events; Process payments; Communicate important club information; Send reservation confirmations and reminders; Improve our services and member experience; and Maintain club security and facility access. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing Information
We may share information only with trusted service providers that assist in operating our club and mobile app, including: Payment processors, Membership management software providers, Technology vendors supporting the app. These providers are contractually required to protect your information and use it only to provide services on our behalf.
